-- When do you bake cookies? 

     The day after I receive the order, unless it's a Friday, when the cookies will be baked on Sunday.

--  When do you ship cookies?    

     The day after they're baked.  See my Shipping Policy here.

-- How long will it take for my cookies to arrive? 

     Cookies are shipped from Derby, Kansas, by UPS or USPS. Delivery can take from one to five days depending on your location. I'll             email you the tracking number of your shipment.

-- Can I order cookies for a specific time frame? 

     If you're within 15 miles of Derby, KS, and need cookies FAST, please call me at 316.304.2755 to discuss options. If you have more         time, please note on the order form when you'd like the cookies delivered. Keep in mind I'm at the mercy of my shipping carrier once           cookies are shipped, but I'll do my best to make sure they arrive on time.  Big Chick does not take responsibility for shipping delays.

-- What's in your cookies? 

     Cookie ingredients are listed on the cookie packaging. I prefer to use locally sourced ingredients as much as possible! I'm proud to               use Kansas-grown Hudson Cream Flour and local farm-raised eggs. I also make my own caramel, chai spice mix, and pecan pie                 topping.  Contact me if you'd like specifics.

-- How big are your cookies? 

     My goal is a minimum 3-inch diameter cookie, but they can be bigger. Weight of individual cookies is approximately 2 ounces. Big             Chick likes big cookies!

-- Can I freeze/reheat my cookies? 

     Yes indeed! I include a Cookie Care Card with each order that outlines how to have the best experience with your Big Chick cookies.

-- Will you include a card with cookies ordered as a gift? 

     I'm happy to make a card to go with your order! Just note on the order form what you'd like to say on the card.

-- Can I order a dozen cookies individually packaged? 

     Yes, you can. Just note that on the order form.

-- Do you have a gift card option? 

     Sure do - right here!

-- Do you make gluten-free or sugar-free cookies?

     Not at this time.

-- Do you make decorated cookies?

     I do not. My focus is on making the best tasting cookie you've ever slapped a lip on. I do, however, go for a little sparkle.
